TERRY WILSON
Terry “Trailer” Wilson is a retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major and Green Beret with 24 years of leadership in high-stakes, high-pressure environments. From combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan to mentoring elite teams across the globe, Terry has spent his life mastering performance under pressure, building resilient cultures, and leading through adversity. Raised in shelters and low-income housing, Terry overcame a troubled youth and rose through the ranks to become one of the military’s most trusted leaders. He developed battlefield-proven strategies in decision-making, leadership, and mindset that now translate directly to corporate teams and executive performance. In 2020, Terry faced a devastating personal loss, the death of his son during the COVID lockdowns. The experience tested everything he knew about resilience. Battling grief, PTSD, and the near collapse of his family, he rebuilt himself from the ground up through the same leadership principles he once used in combat. Today, Terry works with executives, entrepreneurs, and corporate teams to develop mission-ready leadership, emotional resilience, and mental clarity under stress. He specializes in helping high performers navigate trauma, overcome burnout, and create sustainable success without sacrificing their personal lives in the process. Terry brings a rare combination of real-world combat leadership and deeply personal transformation to every stage and boardroom, offering actionable tools to lead stronger, live better, and perform at the highest level.
